Nanofilm, like graphene nanochannels confined poly(dopamine), bowl-shaped NixMg1-xO array nanofilm and bowl-shaped NixMg1-xO array nanofilm, are subject to ongoing research as shown in figure 1 and 2. A lot of the reported synthesis procedures include spin coating, magnetron sputtering or DC magnetron sputtering during the preparation. Amongst the most actively researched properties of nanofilm are sheet resistance, electrical conductivity and magnetization. Very often nanofilm are characterized by either atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy or UV. High impact articles within this field report applications in electronics, power generation or optoelectronics.
